That will often times outweigh the justification in the partaking of ANY easily proven manipulatory efforts, for said purposes of exploitation. That is not without the flaws, in which those put in place to enforce the legislature of the framers are responsible for. Although, this flaw is more often than not… a result of the victims unfamiliarity of the laws designed to protect them, and their lack of advocation for the enforcement of said laws.
