When at 2am on this particular night, after making comments about the complicity of the Housing Authority; in a grift conspiracy that could not function without the aids of those pandering to it. I would receive a kick at the door , that startled me out of a troubling sleep marred with the symptoms of the flu that plagued me all that day. Which only served to intensify my tenacity in addressing this situation, that I arguably shouldn’t be a part of anyway; after having been relocated upon lodging an inflammatory complaint against HACM… and can volunteers posing as neighbors. Whom are no doubt here , in their legal capacity of volunteers; to aid disgraced former Army Sargent Jeff Mack; in what is arguably the result of the preferential treatment received; in the avoidance of criminal prosecution. By the office of the now, disgraced Doj official by the name of Jeffrey Clark… or so it would seem. As wishful thinking, is not actually a theorhetically based, pro- active addressing of issues… by any stretch of the imagination.
Nevertheless, the first call to MPD dispatch whom I have been having a diffiCULT time with as of late, was recorded with the phones speaker off for the first six minutes… but is still ledgible, although I apologize nonetheless. As you are not always prepared to deal with nonsense, when in fact it occurs, it would seem. However, right off the bat, you can detect what I deem to be either a coached or coerced , dispatcher attempting to downplay, and or discredit my complaint. Although, it would seem that she could no longer , after I took advantage of her noticeable hesitance in dispatching a squad… for which she responded by agreeing ,before abruptly hanging up.As one would get the impression that she really didn’t want to… but that would be speculation on my part. Which would bring us to call two, that was made back to dispatch after waiting for two hours with no response… and encountering another suspect dispatcher. That allegedly called the fifth district PD , after I requested to speak to HER supervisor for failure to satisfy my queries… go figure. Which would result in a lengthy phone call, that I drastically cut… because there is no need for you guys to have to wait to make you’re assessments of what I saw as an obviously elaborate white wash; where it appears that nonsense is intentionally trying to deflect my complaints back to the center of my complaint to the doj in 2015… being that of public safety; whose current chief is complicit in the manufacturing of my previous eviction attempt with the aid of Jeffrey Mack. The subject of the Doj complaint, that spurred the addendum to my lease. Whom is now here in an illegitimate capacity, in direct violation of this addendum… if you can believe this. Which is hard to picture someone being able to do, unless of course I am no longer a tenant of the housing authority… as my most recent lease agreement that can be seen on my blog at seriously you jest on tumblr would suggest. As this would certainly explain the hold up of a transfer; for a tenant whom is no longer listed as a lease holder…. The queries of which were all posed to public records secretary of HACM: Amy Hall wk# 414-286-5625 . Whom I hadn’t heard from in over 3 months since, but in returning my call a couple of days ago in what can only be described as damage control;would cite that she’s been trying to reach me… but my phone goes straight to voicemail which is bull lol. As this is the jist of a complaint that I made of the manager of my building, to her boss Tina Wilson only days earlier, with a message I left on her voicemail. So, could ms Hall be accused of plagerizing my dialogue… which one could only speculate on. However, my voice mail isn’t and has never been full, and no call from her as ever been documented on my phone… although, she did return a call with a private number from a personal phone, go figure.
Which would bring us to call #3, made by a sargent franco of the milwaukee police department’s fifth district. Whom is seemingly oblivious to the previous calls made, as well as any of the complaints made to the fifth district by cigarette… which I find hard to beleive. Although, what is not hard to believe, is the gall to try to re-direct my complaints; to an agency that was complicit in the first place; in which according to Ms Hall the public records secretary, is the directive they are promoting .That was made by a suspect HA administration whom is arguably in need of guidance themselves, and a documented complicit public safety agency; whom is no stranger to that of jeffrey Mack. As what’s clear to me, is that the sabatoge of my credit and resources were designed to facilitate this grift conspiracy, which is bad enough…and are the quintessential trade mark of oppression in it’s own right. However, my being left in limbo by this HA administration, which was done for the purpose of utilizing a system already established for the torturous harrassment of myself… and is a human rights travesty, that will never be accepted by myself. Nevertheless, if this is what it takes to bring those criminally responsible to justice… well, then that’s what we’ll do. As you see Sargent Lewan is conveniently on vacation… and even if he weren’t, it really wouldn’t make a difference, because it is well documented that cans and weirdos are stalking me. N, if that Texas Sargent received death threats by nonsense to investigate the migrant trafficking case, but you weren’t… and you are addressing something a little more high profile than that, you are already suspect by default.
