Needless to say, that NOT ONLY is she the first dispatcher that ever hung up on me; in the course of the documentation of a criminal conspiracy; that hinges on elements of assault and battery, human as well as civil rights violations., false imprisonment. by default of the conspiracy… as documented in the harrassment being perpetraited upon myself at my residence. Through my various social platforms; where it is a WELL KNOWN fact, that a doj civil rights complaint was filed in 2015 +16, that were ignored. Loong before we would learn that the official of these offices where the complaint landed in , was the NOW disgraced doj official; by the name of Jeffrey Clark. Whom allegedly had ambitions for higher office… as was stipulated by his unprecedented participation in the aid of the overturning of the 2020 election, which arguably was his bids undoing. As this as well as other pertinent information would aptly seem to underline the depth of this criminal conspiracy being waged at my residence… where I call to report these disturbances as they occur…. The SAME type of which were at the center of the DOJ civil rights complaints, as well as that were listed in the 10/21 complaint given to the MPD fifth district, for investigation purposes… where I allege Ben Carson : former Hud secretary initiated a program of volunteerism during his tenure; that applies to ALL hud facilities. N, that I allege was initiated at this one… FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF AIDING THE VERY SAME STALKING SUSPECT; THAT WAS AT THE CENTER OF THE DOJ COMPLAINTS. IN A TERRORIST CAMPAIGN AGAINST MYSELF. FOR ON THE BEHALF OF STALKING SUSPECT: JEFFREY MACK… former disgraced soldier, I might add. Pay back for preferential treatment received through the thwarted Doj investigation; by putting me in a unique position… both mentally and physically, that would ideally facilitate the exploitation of my social fame achieved through my campaign for justice that was never received. Where it has been DEMONstrated time, and time again… through the actual essense of pandering , and or coercion of the various entities I have reached out to for various purposes. As despite not having the tangible evidence of the conspiracy I allege, that would require the efforts of those solicited in advance I have accumulated soo much circumstantial… that the tangible is no longer needed!!!
As a recent call to MPD dispatch, to report another incident only days earlier, that is currently on display at peazant.shop as well. I would be met head on with a green horn, that I had to break down like a folder chair; because of what is obviously; the same coached stonewalling tactics, experienced with the supposed security of HACM/known as public safety… before I turned to documentation with MPD. Where the call is already documented automatically… and there is NO logical explaination WHY one wouldn’t issue a cad# for such an obviously LOW profile case, outside of one reason. Which doesn’t even remotely represent any proactive fiscal responsibility, but arguably just the opposite. As it would seem to me, that tactical responses like stonewalling, delaying, obstructing… and sabatoging of perfectly working infrastructures for those the better cater to nonsense, is what costs tax payers upward of 95% of every tax dollar collected.
Nevertheless, sargent martin of the milwaukee police department… and dispatcher, whom didn’t allow me to get her operator number , which we’ll call: mary poppins,.I am not out to make a fool of you,nor you assistant city attorney, julie wilson, nor former chief of public safety greg moore, nor long time executive director of hacm mr perez, nor intake specialist: patricia schmidnickt, nor exec bev johnson, nor cd baby/ music distribution, nor bmi music distribution, nor housing manager supervisor:tina wilso. Nor leutenant bunch of the west plains missouri police department;, (PERSAY); whose officer by the name of grinell swiped my license off the seat of my truck during an alleged speeding violation. That was said to be on tape at the trial, but through an exhaustive search by Lieutenant bunch… I know right, there would seem to be no such tape… for obvious reasons. Needless to say, that you and the sargent were prepared for me, nodoubt because when I got up that morning and spoke to that HOT mic’ that was part of that HUGE complaint given to the responsibility of an investigating officer on milwaukee’s fifth district; that was obviously done appropriately. As the dispatcher from the day before; by the last name of Pace was able to hear in real-time, exactly what I mean… when I say that they stop whatever they are doing when they hear me call. Meanwhile, at the end of the day… I’m trying to do the exact same thing you all are.
