Hello, maam. My name is Michael Chambers… and I believe that you probably know who I am, and probably have been dreading the day you get this rather direct correspondence. That I’d prefer not to do, but it would seem that I have been given no choice in the matter. As at you’re guidance, via a call that was received from you’re office a few months ago, I would attempt to file the complaint of the allegations of which. Are of some overlap from a 2015 complaint I made; involving many of the same aspects of this complaint. That was turned down for assistance by you’re office, citing that none of what was contained within the complaint falls under the guidlines of discrimination… under Hud guidelines.
Needless to say, that this was when then, civil rights; head Jeffrey Clark was heading the department. Which would make the decision to reach back out to you’re department after it was learn, that this individual was involved in some election meddling in georgia… to put it mildy…. That a resubmission of this current complaint, which still revolves around the same premise of the 2015 complaint… with the exception of alarming new allegations. Which are quite frankly, much to overt to ignore… even by the novice wanna-be security guard, let alone law enforcement agencies. Whom are at the forefront of the front lines, in the battle against nonsense in this country… so that it doesn’t end up like other quote:”shxt hole countries” Therefore, when the officer approached with the information took a three week sabatical after I approached him with this information. Which would prompt me to deliver it to other levels of command, where I would put the complaint to be filed in the hands of a Sargent: Lewan of milwaukee’s 5th district police department. Whom for any number of reasons didn’t strike me as being very genuine about… FIRST telling me that he wasn’t gonna follow ANY complaints made to the DOJ and FBI, when the DOJ and FBI doesn’t get into certain cases for certain reasons…. All of which, I know better… seemed to paint a familiar picture of coercion ;that I am pretty good at detecting.
Nevertheless, the man said that he would atleast file the report when his officer returned from I don’t know where… but I don’t think it was a sabatical. However, after about three weeks we have not gotten a call from this officer; giving us the associated report number of this filing. That I honestly don’t see a problem with the mere filing of an unsubstantiated report… as I’m quite sure many request filings of which all the time. So I’m gonna ask that you revisit the complaint I sent to you’re office about a month ago… or if you’re office didn’t get it. Look up the electronically filed complaint #96437-TZR, which was filed about six weeks ago and you’ll find a new complaint to you’re office, that includes additional information that will undoubtedly fall under the guidelines of doj civil rights discrimination… if the previous one of 2015 didn’t. However, with the citing of Mr. Clarks illicit transgressions, I think that you’re office should follow up with this complaint. That would ideally start with… I really don’t know how this works, but maybe reach out through the attorney general network. N, have the attorney general of wisconsin; reach out to senior officials on the mpd’s command and see if you could find up what the hold up is.
Because, as I mentioned in the last correspondence, I am seeking emergency transfer; under that HUD stalking act… and rhetro active crime victims assistance stemming from both complaints. Nevertheless, if this complaint doesn’t reach you, I will once again reach out in the mail in an attempt to address this issues. Sorry for any inconvenyence this correspondence may have caused, as well as anything else that might potentially incur because of it. As it is not my intent to annoy embarrass or harrass anyone , in the manner I’ve been submitted to in past years. Because, this would get no one anywhere, and no closer to the democratic society most of which vote for. Thank you
